Our Association
Les M♀n♂titudes is a French sport association in Chalon-sur-Saone, Burgundy. The city is known for the invention of photography (by Nicéhore Niepce) and the region is famous for wines (such as Pommard, Nuit Saint Georges..etc..).
However, we hope to be soon recognized also for sports and unicycling. The association was founded in 2011. We want to share our pleasure to ride to anyone: beginner or specialist, amateur or passionate, women or men, adults or children from 6 year olds...

We are proud to have Armand Martinez, France and World champion in 2014 within his categories.
We will be happy to welcome you for a discovery session in a friendly atmosphere!
Unicycling
Unicyle comes from the vintage bike with the huge front wheel from thesecond half of XIXth centtury. Unicycle were of course adopted by the circus universe, but remain also a sport with multi disciplines competitions.
There are yearly national competitions such as France Championships (CFM). You must know that LesM♀n♂titudes organised the CFM in 2017 at Chalon-sur-Saône! And every two years, the "Unicycle Conventions" (UNICON) gather the world bests. The next one is scheduled in July 2022 in France (city of Grenoble).

Freestyle: artistic choregraphy.
Flat: acrobatic choregraphy.
Trial: obstacle course without stepping.
Street: urban mix of Flat and Trial
Jumping: en hauteur et en longueur.
"Running": 100m, 400m, 800m, 10km, 42km and variations (slalom, slow race, one foot, wheel walk, backwards).
"MUNI" (Mountain Unicycle): outdoor race.
Basket-Ball and Hockey are the main played games with unicycles.
Obviously, except soccer, other collective sports can be practiced.
